I do not take insurance at this time. I'm happy to assist you with the documentation you may need to be reimbursed for using out-of-network benefits (more on superbills (https://www.goodrx.com/insurance/health-insurance/superbill-therapy)here). You can contact your insurance company to find more information about your specific plan.
Currently I only see clients via telehealth. I do not see clients in person.
Telehealth uses technology to deliver mental health care services. In a telehealth session, we meet by video conference on a secure platform. Typically a phone, tablet, or laptop work just fine for telehealth.
Benefits include:
*Getting mental health care without traveling saving you time and travel expenses.
*You can receive services in an environment you create where you feel safe to speak confidentially.
