  • What is the cost for sessions?
    My fee is $130 for a 50 min session. I offer sliding scale spots when available. I accept all major credit cards.
  • Can I use insurance to pay for sessions?
    I do not take insurance at this time. I'm happy to assist you with the documentation you may need to be reimbursed for using out-of-network benefits (more on superbills here). You can contact your insurance company to find more information about your specific plan.
  • What is telehealth?
    Currently I only see clients via telehealth. I do not see clients in person. Telehealth uses technology to deliver mental health care services. In a telehealth session, we meet by video conference on a secure platform. Typically a phone, tablet, or laptop work just fine for telehealth. Benefits include: *Getting mental health care without traveling saving you time and travel expenses. *You can receive services in an environment you create where you feel safe to speak confidentially.
  • If I'm interested in therapy, how does the process start?
    Contact Susanna via contact form, email (, or phone (512-270-1598) to check availability and set up a free 20 min consultation. This consultation is not a therapy session, but a time when we will discuss your needs, my therapy style, compare scheduling, and determine if we make a good therapy fit.
  • What are your office hours?
    I schedule appointments Tuesday – Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
